Venice, Italy – December 2, 2025

LARUS Business Automation Srl is proud to announce that it is a founding member of the Frontria Consortium, the international initiative launched by Fujitsu Limited where leading companies worldwide collaborate to develop solutions for the challenges posed by misinformation, disinformation, and the evolution of AI.

The consortium brings together the expertise and unique technologies of cutting-edge companies to provide an innovative and comprehensive approach that no single organization could achieve alone.

As part of Frontria, LARUS will contribute its core Graph Explainable AI (XAI) and related technologies to the consortium’s “Technology Pool”, collaborating with global partners to develop applications aimed at strengthening AI trustworthiness, combating disinformation, enhancing transparency, and mitigating the societal and economic impact.

LARUS is proud to join the “Frontria” Consortium to accelerate the creation of a reliable and trustworthy digital society. We will contribute our core Graph Explainable AI (XAI) and other technologies to the consortium’s Technology Pool. Our primary goal is to collaborate with partners to develop robust applications for AI Trust and disinformation detection. By providing feedback and expertise , we aim to enhance the reliability and safety of AI , ultimately mitigating AI-related economic and societal risks worldwide.

Speranzoni Lorenzo, CEO, LARUS Business Automation S.r.l.

Frontria addresses a critical global challenge: disinformation has already caused economic losses estimated in the tens, if not hundreds, of billions of euros, while organizations face growing risks from regulatory non-compliance cyberattacks, and disruption to societal and business decision-making processes.

The Consortium focuses on AI trust, AI ethics, AI security, and information integrity technologies, providing an international infrastructure to counter high-risk events. Built around a shared “Technology Pool”, Frontria unites innovation partners, technology IP and data providers, engineering partners, and incubators, fostering technological advancement, new ideas, business models, and solutions for high-impact societal challenges.

With deep and consolidated experience across multiple fields, including public administration, insurance, finance, industry, retail, and utilities, LARUS brings to Frontria a long-standing commitment to simplifying complexity and enabling informed decision-making.

For over 20 years, the company has guided organizations through data-driven transformation, working at the forefront of technology through close collaboration with strategic partners and active R&D cooperation with national and international academic institutions, to always stay at the forefront of research and validate innovative approaches.

By developing mission-critical systems for high-value strategic projects such as fraud detection, network analysis, data governance, anti-money laundering, credit risk, and life sciences, LARUS has reinforced its conviction that AI must be explainable, transparent, governable, ethical, and human-centered. The company firmly believes that AI should enhance, not replace, human judgment.

At the core of this vision is responsible, ethical, secure and sustainable AI.

Through Graph-based AI, LARUS develops solutions that capture context and relationships between data, making AI predictions understandable and traceable, fostering trust and transparency. This philosophy is embodied in Galileo.XAI, LARUS’s Insight Graph Data Platform, built on years of expertise in graph technologies and incorporating Fujitsu Deep Tensor, enabling organizations to explore big data, uncover hidden relations, and transform information into actionable knowledge, always with people at the center of the process.

After years of collaboration, it felt natural and meaningful for LARUS to join Fujitsu in Frontria. The company is proud to bring its Italian contribution to this future-focused international initiative.

LARUS’s long-standing and forward-looking collaboration with Fujitsu reflects a shared vision: advancing AI that is ethical, transparent, and designed to generate positive societal and economic impact. Through Frontria, LARUS strengthens this commitment by contributing its expertise to an international effort dedicated to building a safer, more trustworthy digital society.
